Our ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for serving the customer’s needs and proven success in problem resolution from start to finish.

Responsibilities include serving as a mentor and coach for service technicians and customer service representatives, acting as a liaison with a variety of departments to ensure customer satisfaction, guarantee a timely response to warranty and service issues, and create an atmosphere of cooperation and support throughout the organization.

Qualifications include the ability to multi-task and react quickly to customer’s needs, possess excellent communication, interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills with a good attention to detail A minimum of five years in a customer service management position is required, as well as proficiency with Excel and Word. Furniture experience is highly desirable.
